Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics assistant to oversee and manage our logistics operations. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, transportation, Overseas Shipments and all dafza custom processes to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of logistics operations.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring availability of products.
  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.
  • Supervise and train logistics team members and ensure proper utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics promptly and professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
