About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator – International Markets to manage and optimize the end-to-end vendor fulfilment process across multiple brands and regions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth, multi-brand e-commerce environment, has a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, and can seamlessly balance strategy with execution.

You will play a key role in ensuring all international vendor purchase orders are processed, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete vendor instock fulfillment process, including order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination.
• Handle order processing across all channels, including Amazon, TikTok, Temu, The Range, and other marketplaces ensuring timely dispatch & delivery times.
• Ensure all vendor purchase orders (POs) are fulfilled within the ship window—mainly reviewing and tracking orders every Monday.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Work with the finance team to ensure all vendor POs are invoiced correctly and promptly.
• Maintain and update the order tracking and compliance sheets for international shipments.
• Communicate regularly with international teams to align on fulfillment timelines and resolve issues.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Success Metrics

• On-time fulfillment and shipment of vendor POs.
• 100% adherence to shipping windows and compliance requirements.
• Accuracy in order tracking, inventory management, and invoicing.
• Smooth coordination across international teams and vendors.

Work Rhythm & Communication

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience managing multi-channel order processing (Amazon, TikTok, Temu, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with logistics or ERP systems (experience with GoFlow, SellerCloud, or Mintsoft is a plus).
