Fischer is a leading Pakistani appliances brand that has been serving since 1990. Fischer is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of their premium appliances from warehouse to clients.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Pindi Rajputan Kot Lakhpat, Lahore

Salary: PKR 50k

Job Description:

• Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe handling of appliances and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate timely dispatchand delivery of goods according to client orders, maintaining delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with transport vendors to negotiate cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare and process logistics documentation including Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, gate passes, and proof-of-delivery records for all outbound shipments.
• Monitor warehouse-to-client logistics flow, tracking shipments and resolving any delivery disruptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure order fulfillment accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in logistics documentation and ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply flow and coordinate with internal departments to align logistics activities.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a focus on cost optimization.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate team members.
