We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our onsite team and ensure smooth, efficient movement of products from warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage inventory levels and update stock records regularly
• Communicate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Assist with demand forecasting and replenishment planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with MS Excel, inventory systems, and ERP software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
