Location: DHA Phase 2

Islamabad Job Type: Full-Time

Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM, 2pm to 11pm, 3pm to 12am and 4pm to 1am (9-hour shifts with weekly rotational shifts).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with excellent communication skills to coordinate transport operations for our UK-based transport company. You will be responsible for dispatching drivers and vehicles efficiently, maintaining communication between drivers and clients, and resolving any logistical challenges in real-time. This role demands the ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle fast-paced operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to designated locations based on service requests. Maintain constant communication with drivers, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track the status of drivers and deliveries throughout the shift. Coordinate with UK-based clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Update dispatch logs, reports, and records for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Address emergencies or unforeseen issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics (UK market experience preferred). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
