Position: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics team and ensuring smooth operations within the logistics department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and processes.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and present logistics reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the building materials, construction items, hardware, or machine tools industry.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
