Logistics Coordinator

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and drive the efficiency of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of transportation, warehouse distribution, and inventory management processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment and optimal resource utilization. Your proactive approach will support procurement activities, vendor management, and process improvements that enhance overall supply chain performance. <Duties>

• Manage end-to-end transportation planning, including freight, shipping & receiving, and dispatching to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Coordinate warehouse operations such as inventory control, materials handling, stocking, and warehouse management system (WMS) updates
• Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, category management, pricing negotiations, and supplier/vendor management
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies to implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and transportation management systems (TMS) for optimized freight movement
• Provide best-in-class customer service and timely reporting of logistics operations
• Track and trace shipments occasionally over weekend when necessary

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or warehouse distribution roles with a strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order fulfillment processes
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Bilingual in Mandarin/English, is preferred

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
