Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets. The candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams and external transport partners to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor transportation schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
  • Track orders and update shipment status regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records.
  • Resolve transportation issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Maintain inventory coordination with warehouse and store teams.
  • Generate logistics reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
  • Good knowledge of transportation processes and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Language English,Malayalam Preffered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
