Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary :

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the supply chain process, coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role works closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and customers to maintain efficient logistics operations and minimize delays or costs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Schedule transportation and arrange freight with carriers
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOL, invoices, customs paperwork)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with local and national, shipping regulations
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and logistics service providers
  • Optimize transportation routes and reduce shipping costs

Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Analytical and cost-control skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
