Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About Us:

Mayur Dynamic Tiles and Paver is a growing manufacturer/supplier of high-quality tiles and pavers. We are looking for an active and organized individual to manage our customer orders and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of customer orders from booking to final dispatch.

Logistics Management: Coordinate with transporters and drivers to ensure timely delivery of materials (tiles/pavers).

Customer Support (CRM): Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding delivery status, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inventory Tracking: Maintain daily dispatch reports and coordinate with the stock team to ensure availability.

Documentation: Prepare challans, invoices, and basic reports using Excel.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Back-office Coordination.

Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel and Email).

Ability to handle pressure and solve dispatch-related issues quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
