Job Summary

Fragrance World Manufacturing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping operations, export documentation, and customs processes for our perfume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with UAE port systems and online trade portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Air, Sea, and Land shipments (local & international)
• Prepare export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.)
• Handle DP World and Dubai Trade portal transactions
• Process customs documentation through E-Mirsal system
• Manage duty exemption submissions and related approvals
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Follow up on customs clearance and resolve shipment issues
• Coordinate with warehouse and production team for dispatch planning
• Maintain shipment records and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and export regulations

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in logistics/shipping coordination (Manufacturing preferred)
• Hands-on experience with: DP World portal, Dubai Trade system and E-Mirsal customs clearance
• Duty Exemption processing
• Strong knowledge of UAE import/export documentation
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and clearing agents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel
