Job Description – Logistics Executive

Position: Logistics Executive
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Location: Morbi gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

· Handle transportation, dispatch, and tracking of goods across different regions.

· Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of shipments (GRN, Invoice, E-way bill, etc.).

· Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations (GST, E-way bills, road permits, etc.).

· Optimize logistics processes to minimize cost and improve efficiency.

· Handle daily MIS reporting related to dispatch, stock movement, and delivery status.

· Address and resolve delivery or transportation-related issues.

· Support in vendor management and freight negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations (FMCG/Building Material industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,016.51 - ₹33,000.00 per month
