Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Plan and coordinate shipment schedules, routing, and dispatch to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Track and monitor shipments, ensuring adherence to company standards and client commitments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, suppliers, and partners for smooth logistics execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics expenses.

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to streamline workflows.
  • Utilize logistics software and tools for routing, tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

Client & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and service providers.
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to contractual SLAs.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations, rate discussions, and service evaluations.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regular MIS reports on shipment status, operational performance, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Support internal audits and process reviews.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

Language Requirements:
