Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipment and delivery activities. The role involves coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on production and shipment status
• Coordinate air, sea, and courier shipments with forwarders
• Track ETD, ETA, and shipment progress
• Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, etc.)
• Coordinate with clearance agents and warehouse staff
• Maintain shipment and PO tracking reports
• Support project and showroom teams with delivery schedules
• Resolve shipment delays or logistics issues

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
• Experience dealing with international suppliers and forwarders
• Basic understanding of import procedures and shipping documents
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Excel and email correspondence

Preferred

• Experience in lighting, furniture, construction, or project-based companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD500.000 per month
