Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including order picking, packaging, labeling, and dispatch as per customer, defence, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate packaging standards for specialized items such as defence bags, arena kits, batteries, and sensitive UAV components.
• Oversee inventory and material management, including receiving materials against purchase orders, GRN entries, monthly reconciliations, and periodic stock audits.
• Maintain control of consumables, special packaging items, demo kits, and high-value inventory with batch and serial traceability.
• Handle complete return and RTO lifecycle, including tracking, receiving, inspection, replacement processing, and record updates.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all dispatch and compliance documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs documents, and internal checklists.
• Act as the primary coordination point with logistics partners and transporters for pickup scheduling, dispatch execution, and delivery tracking.
• Provide timely shipment status updates to internal teams and customers; proactively manage delivery exceptions.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming materials and outgoing shipments to ensure quantity accuracy, physical condition, and SOP compliance.
• Identify and resolve non-delivery reports (NDRs), weight discrepancies, damage cases, and logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure efficient warehouse and facility management, including space optimization, stock organization, and packaging material availability.
• Coordinate printing and availability of operational materials such as manuals, brochures, labels, and visiting cards.
• Support product assembly coordination and ensure material readiness for demos, trials, exhibitions, and customer showcases.
• Draft, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for inventory control, dispatch, QC, returns, and logistics workflows.
• Identify operational and process gaps across quality, logistics, and warehouse operations and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling batteries, electronics, UAV systems, and hazardous materials.
• Maintain detailed operational records, metrics, and reports to support audits, traceability, and continuous process improvement.
• Draft, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for quality control, operations workflows, inventory handling, and logistics.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks across production, QC, and dispatch, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain structured documentation for quality records, SOPs, work instructions, calibration logs, and compliance files.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
