Position Overview

Mia Express Log LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of shipments, transportation, inventory tracking, and communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth and timely delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments
• Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve delivery or shipment issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, manifests, and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations
• Track inventory movement and update logistics databases in real time
• Assist in route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Handle customs documentation and clearance coordination when required
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding shipment status
• Support warehouse and operations teams as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in last-mile delivery or express logistics
• Familiarity with Qatar logistics regulations and customs procedures
• Knowledge of route optimization tools or ERP systems
