Job Description:
Portzo Cargo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support and manage daily logistics operations at our Hamad Port Zone facility in Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of shipments, transportation, and supply chain activities to maintain efficient and timely delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport providers
• Ensure accurate documentation for all logistics and cargo movements
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
• Assist in inventory control and warehouse coordination
• Resolve logistics-related issues and delays efficiently
• Ensure compliance with port regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
