Logistics & Delivery Coordinator (Arabic)

YOOCHA MATCHA is a dynamic matcha supplier for 1500+ cafes and specialty coffee shops across the GCC. We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Delivery Coordinator to manage day-to-day delivery operations across the GCC region. The role will be responsible for coordinating shipments, booking courier services, tracking deliveries, and ensuring the fulfillment center is properly stocked to support smooth order processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments across GCC countries using Warehouse Management Systems and Last-Mile delivery platforms.
• Book and track shipments and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate with courier partners and logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics documentation, and data entry in internal systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as shipping labels, invoices, and delivery records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the restocking of the fulfillment center.
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch planning.
• Support general logistics coordination and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Entry-level role - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate different logistics and courier platforms, each with unique interfaces
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve logistics issues efficiently
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately

NOTE: This role focuses on logistics coordination, documentation, and system management. It does not involve heavy physical work, packing, or warehouse labor. The position is primarily responsible for preparing shipments in the system, managing delivery bookings, and ensuring logistics operations run smoothly.
