Job Title: Logistics & Dispatch Executive / Manager

Location: Irugur , Coimbatore
Reports To: Factory / Operations Head
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing dispatch and logistics activities for modular furniture and interior products, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery to project sites. The role involves working in rotational shifts to support continuous factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly dispatches as per production and project timelines.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and site teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Arrange and manage transport vehicles, negotiate rates, and track deliveries.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation (challans, invoices, e-way bills).
• Maintain dispatch logs, cost records, and delivery confirmations.
• Handle reverse logistics and resolve delivery or damage issues.
• Support warehouse activities and ensure material readiness for dispatch.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 3–8 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch (preferably in modular/interior/furniture industry).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, GST/e-way bill processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
