Logistics Distribution Manager

On the Behalf of our esteemed client (PIF Company), We are looking for a results-driven Logistics & Distribution Manager to support the start-up and ramp-up of factory operations while ensuring efficient logistics, warehousing, and distribution performance across domestic and export markets.

This role is ideal for a proactive supply chain professional who thrives in operational environments and is passionate about driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Distribution Management

• Support factory start-up and operational ramp-up activities.
• Select, evaluate, and manage 3PLs and logistics service providers.
• Ensure timely domestic and export deliveries aligned with service-level targets.
• Oversee warehousing operations, order accuracy, stock allocation, and dispatch planning.
• Optimize route planning, carrier performance, and distribution cost control.
• Ensure compliance with customs, HSE, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams for testing and material validation.

Process & Performance Management

• Manage raw material supply chain planning and operational monitoring.
• Align Logistics, Procurement, and Production to meet service and cost objectives.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence and supply chain optimization projects.

People Leadership

• Drive accountability and performance through clear communication.
• Align team objectives with overall company strategy.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong background in logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations

✔ Experience managing 3PL partners and transport providers

✔ Knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and customs/export processes

✔ Familiarity with HSE and quality management systems

✔ Strong analytical skills with ability to track and interpret supply chain KPIs

✔ Exposure to digital tools, ERP systems, AI, or supply chain analytics

✔ Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making capabilities

✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken)

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• +6 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
