Logistics & Distribution Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Distribution Manager to oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, transportation coordination, and customs processes. The role will ensure efficient shipment movement, compliance with customs regulations, and optimization of freight costs while maintaining high service levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Saudi market, excellent logistics coordination skills, and the ability to manage shipping operations and carrier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities Logistics & Transportation Management

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate freight bookings and transportation arrangements with logistics providers and carriers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues proactively.

Shipment Coordination & Documentation

• Track shipments from origin to final destination.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Verify shipment documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customs Clearance

• Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Saudi import/export regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to avoid delays and penalties.
• Maintain proper documentation for all customs transactions.

Freight Optimization

• Analyze freight costs and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Evaluate carrier performance and negotiate with logistics providers to improve service levels and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.

Requirements Mandatory

• Proven experience in logistics and distribution within the Saudi market
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, shipping documentation, and customs clearance
• Experience coordinating transportation and shipment tracking
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Arabic speaking preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
