Role Summary:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to the transportation, warehousing, and inventory management of goods. This role ensures the smooth and efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Coordinating with various Viswa labs offices.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to arrange shipments and resolve issues.
- Maintain proper documentation related to shipments, invoices, and customs compliance.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders regarding order status.
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate with vendors to reduce logistics costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory audits.
- Prepare logistics reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for shipping and storage.
- Address and resolve any logistics issues or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (LMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations, preferably in a global or regional context.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
