Logistics Executive

Industry: Machinery Manufacturing
Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Receiving:

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse to receive raw materials and parts on time.

• Product Dispatch:

Arrange and track shipments of finished machinery to customers in India and abroad.

• Transport Coordination:

Work with transport vendors for vehicle arrangements, cost negotiations, and delivery follow-ups.

• Document Handling:

Prepare and manage shipping documents like invoices, delivery notes, and e-way bills.

• Cost Control:

Keep track of transport costs and look for ways to reduce expenses.

• Compliance & Safety:

Make sure all logistics work follows company and government rules.

• Reporting:

Maintain records and share regular updates with the management.

Requirements:

• B.TechGraduate in any field (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or business).
• 5 – 9 years of experience in logistics or dispatch, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of transport, and delivery processes.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Focus, ERP or Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
