Logistics Executive (Male) – Roles, Training, Accommodation, Qualification & Employment Terms

(1) Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of our Logistics Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of logistics operations, including:

• Work Order Management – Receive and review work orders from the Sales and Procurement teams to initiate logistics planning.
• Logistics Planning & Coordination – Liaise with suppliers, clients, courier services, client representatives, consignees, and airfreight agents to ensure smooth planning and execution of logistics activities.
• On-Time Delivery Execution – Implement logistics strategies to ensure goods are delivered to the consignee on or before the agreed receiving date.
• Approvals & Compliance – Obtain all necessary approvals from clients and relevant stakeholders to execute deliveries on time and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare and maintain all essential documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices for customs clearance, delivery notes, and other required shipping documents.

(2) Training
You will undergo a structured onboarding and professional training program. A dedicated mentor will be assigned to you full-time to ensure that your training is comprehensive, practical, and sufficient to enable you to perform your duties effectively.

(3) Accommodation
The Company will provide fully sponsored accommodation in its hostel facilities. It is mandatory for employees to reside in the Company-provided accommodation and not at a personal residence. Please note that this facility is for male employees only.

(4) Working Hours
You will be required to work on allocated shifts between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Each shift will consist of 8 working hours per day, with schedules assigned to ensure smooth operations while maintaining compliance with working-hour regulations.

(5) Qualifications Required
Fresh graduates from any academic discipline are welcome to apply. No prior work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
