Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics operations. The role requires effective communication with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Track consignments and share updates with stakeholders.
• Handle documentation such as LR, invoices, e-way bills, GRN, and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities in ERP/software.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, shortages, or transport discrepancies.
• Support the team in optimizing routes, costs, and logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,894.53 - ₹16,000.00 per month
