Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and execute export shipments for finished pharmaceutical formulations.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for timely dispatches.

· Prepare, verify, and maintain export-related documents (invoice, packing list, CoA, COO, BL, AWB, etc.).

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and pharma export norms.

· Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

· Liaise with QA, Production, and Regulatory teams for smooth order execution.

· Handle export incentives and DGFT-related documentation when required.

· Ensure cost optimization while maintaining service quality in logistics operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
