Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join our manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse functions, particularly within a manufacturing setup, with hands-on exposure to 3PL coordination, inventory management, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics activities related to inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Oversee warehouse and store operations including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure real-time inventory tracking through ERP or WMS tools.
• Work closely with 3PL service providers to manage transportation, deliveries, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse and logistics operations.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly stock audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain logistics and inventory reports for internal stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in logistics and store operations within a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, raw material flow, and dispatch planning
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Team player with good communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
