Logistics Executive

Job description

Ø Oversee the entire logistics process, from procurement to delivery while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ø Ensure all necessary shipping documents are accurate and up-to-date and adhere to logistics regulations and standards.

Ø Sending RFQ to forwarders for getting quotation and finalizing them as forwarding agent with help of Logistics Manager

Ø Monitoring & Keeping track of all import and export shipments & Deliveries

Ø Managing customs and regulatory requirements for local and international shipments.

Ø Preparing and reviewing shipping and logistics-related documentation.

Requirements:

Ø Graduate of any Trade

Ø Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics Department.

Ø Knowledge of all customs formalities inside Freezone is a must

Ø Candidate with a Middle East experience especially in a valve industry is an added advantage.

Ø Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
