Logistics Executive

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join our team in Dubai, responsible for coordinating transportation, managing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipments, transportation, and distribution.
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, invoices, and related reports.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure efficient material flow.
• Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customs, transport regulations, and company policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and UAE logistics regulations is an advantage.
