Logistics Finance Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics Finance Specialist to join our growing operations team and support the financial processes related to logistics suppliers and freelance captains.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate settlements, smooth payment operations, and financial reconciliation across logistics operations .

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Vendor teams to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review supplier and logistics settlement reports
• Reconcile supplier invoices with operational data and system records
• Manage freelancer and captain payment settlements
• Monitor captain wallet balances and process adjustments or deductions when required
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and financial issues
• Validate and process logistics-related invoices
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles
• Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational finance controls
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Settlements, or Logistics Finance
• Experience with reconciliation, settlements, and invoice validation
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large operational datasets
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience working with logistics, delivery platforms, or marketplace operations is a plus
