Logistics & Fleet Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Plan and manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and utilization.
• Handle FMCG distribution logistics, ensuring fast and efficient supply chain operations.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers for smooth coordination.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, fleet usage, and logistics documentation.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize transportation routes and reduce operational costs.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, FMCG, and logistics operations.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and transport regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
