LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are looking for logistics manager who will oversee and manage the entire logistics and distribution operations of the company, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement, storage, and delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and transportation.

Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and warehouse management to ensure optimal storage and timely dispatch.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely import/export clearance and compliance with regulations.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental requirements related to logistics and transportation.

Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers and ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery options.

Track and report on key logistics metrics

Resolve delivery and shipment issues promptly and effectively.

Work closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of logistics with business needs.

Implement and maintain logistics systems and software for real-time tracking, reporting, and inventory visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably within a trading and distribution environment.

Strong knowledge of logistics systems, warehouse operations, and transportation management.

Experience with import/export regulations, documentation, and customs clearance.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.

Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
