Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee the entire supply chain, transportation, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that goods are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and operations are cost-effective and efficient. The Logistics Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure seamless movement of goods.
  • Track shipments, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on logistics performance metrics.
  • Manage budgets, reduce costs, and improve profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping, transportation, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the logistics team to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to support business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain software, and transportation management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software tools (e.g., ERP systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CILT).
  • Experience in international logistics and customs compliance.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and transportation planning software.

Pay: ₹24,974.13 - ₹35,884.51 per month
