About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, ensuring the seamless movement and coordination of goods across varied touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, innovative problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of logistics processes and industry trends. The Logistics Manager will lead and supervise a dynamic team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and meet evolving customer demands.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations ensuring timely and efficient processes
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials and equipment from international and local suppliers.
• Supervise and lead the logistics team promoting professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless supply chain integration.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or logistics operations efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and third-party logistics service providers.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and data accuracy.
• Prepare and present operational reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish emergency recovery plans to ensure business continuity in logistics.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial logistics role with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and emerging industry technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
