pladis is looking for Logistics Manager for our pladis Supply Chain Team.

Key Deliverables

• Taking roles for developing new systems related to logistics processes, analyzing and reporting processes,
• Taking roles in logistics digital projects,
• To support processes with 3PL business partners, to contribute solutions for the incoming problems,
• To ensure that the logistics operations are carried out with optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages,
• To ensure that the KPIs of the Logistics Department are above the targets,
• Making long and short term warehouse need assessment, and creating new warehouse areas if needed,
• Taking roles for the creation and follow-up of department and investment budgets,
• Taking roles for managing return product operations and creating new strategies.

What Do You Need for This Role?

• Bachelor’s Degree from related departments,
• Experienced in project management,
• Have minimum 8-10 years of experience,
• Experienced in team management,
• Willing to produce digital projects and develop processes,
• Have advanced skills in English and MS Office Programs,
• Have knowledge in SAP SD and MM modules.
