Logistics Manager

Position Overview The Team Lead – Logistics will oversee and guide the logistics team to ensure our clients’ global import and export operations run efficiently and in full compliance with international regulations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end shipping activities, ensuring high-quality documentation control, and maintaining robust communication with carriers, 3PLs, and clients. The Team Lead will also be accountable for developing and implementing SOPs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement within logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

  • Lead, mentor, and support the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate execution of all shipment activities.
  • Oversee daily team performance, ensuring proper load plan updates, tracking, documentation accuracy, and communication with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across logistics workflows. Import & Export Management
  • Supervise and support end-to-end handling of international Sea and Air shipments.
  • Review and validate all shipping and trade compliance documents, including Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations, ATRs, commercial invoices, and LC related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation prepared by the team for carrier bookings, shipping instructions, and POD retrieval. Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution • Ensure proactive tracking of all shipments to anticipate delays, manage exceptions, and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Manage customer complaints related to logistics and coordinate product replacements or corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee coordination with 3PL providers for timely communication of shipment schedules. Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure documentation and processes comply with EU/non-EU regulations, country-specific requirements, Incoterms, and customer instructions.
  • Manage logistics requirements for Letters of Credit, including documentation, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Oversee handling of DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments where applicable. Reporting & Performance Measurement • Lead the measurement, reporting, and analysis of logistics KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely response to management and support functions on operational matters and performance updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
