Logistics Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations along with inventory control and reporting. The candidate should ensure timely movement of goods, accurate stock records, cost-effective logistics, and smooth coordination between warehouse, transport, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Plan and monitor transportation and dispatch schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortage, excess, or obsolete inventory
• Coordinate with warehouse team for stock inward, outward, and storage
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and statutory requirements
• Reconcile physical stock with system records
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and damages
• Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and accounts teams
• Negotiate and manage transporters and logistics vendors
• Prepare logistics and inventory MIS reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics / Inventory Manager
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good understanding of warehousing and logistics operations
• Knowledge of GST and e-way bill processes

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
