Logistics Manager

Responsibility of Logistics Head: All locations PO to be prepared by purchase department and GRN to be controlled/ prepared by Logistics on Tally. Duplicate PO/GRN to be cancelled/ controlled. Daily coordination of all materials received from vendors monitoring (AO wise) across all locations. Original purchase invoices to be received by HO in 3 days from GRN. Controlling invoices with GRN and PO. Escalating invoices/GRN and PO. If not received the same shall be followed up with party or concerned departments and submitted. Each branch transfer needs to be monitored with proper documentation like challan/eway bill, GRN etc. (Local as well as OMS). Physical stock taking on monthly/quarterly basis. Consumption data and issuance control.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per month
