Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and timely delivery while maintaining cost control and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including transportation, dispatch, and warehouse coordination
• Plan and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Negotiate freight rates and manage vendor contracts
• Prepare logistics reports and track performance metrics (KPIs)
• Lead and supervise logistics team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling local and interstate logistics
• Ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations
• Vendor management and negotiation expertise
