Job Summary

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics and distribution activities. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, safely, and on time while managing a team of logistics and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor the overall logistics operations including , warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

- Supervise and lead the logistics team, including warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatch personnel.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, coordinating with sales and customer service teams.

- Optimize routes, transportation costs, and delivery schedules for efficiency.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock handling and storage.

- Implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Handle escalated logistics issues and resolve operational problems promptly.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.

- Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and productivity for management review.

- Assign, monitor, and capping drivers’ daily or weekly delivery loads to optimize efficiency and meet delivery targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in logistics software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of transportation and distribution regulations is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
