About Us

Fikra Technical Services is a growing fit‑out and interior contracting company delivering high‑quality commercial, residential, and retail projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all logistics, procurement, and material movement for our projects and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the logistics operations for fit‑out projects and factory production
• Coordinate material deliveries to sites and factory, ensuring timely and accurate supply
• Manage inventory levels, storage, and warehouse operations
• Oversee procurement activities, supplier coordination, and material sourcing
• Prepare delivery schedules, material tracking sheets, and logistics reports
• Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials
• Optimize transportation routes and reduce logistics costs
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and factory teams to meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations
• Handle logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse teams
• Resolve logistics issues and delays efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in fit‑out, construction, or joinery
• Strong knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and procurement
• Experience coordinating deliveries for multiple sites and factory operations
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• UAE experience preferred
• A valid UAE driving license is required for this role, as the position involves coordination between factory, suppliers, and project sites.
