Logistics Manager, MENAT

Purpose of the role

This position serves as the primary point of contact for the Europe Logistics, Freight forwarders and Supply chain finance teams.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, from the time an order is produced by Supply Planning till it is delivered at destination.

The role is performance-driven, with a strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly Docs on Time, shipments on time and monitoring transit times.

A Taste of What You’ll be doing

• Making sure 0-12 weeks orders are loaded on time.
• Coordinate Correspond and Monitor FF performance.
• Mitigate any charges related to D&D at source or destination.
• Responsible for service Logistics functions; including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
• Daily interaction with other business units including: planning, finance, maintenance, engineering, technical sales, compliance and production control
• Communicates resource levels, inventory levels, and inventory spend as required by internal process controls

Your Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor Degree with extensive Supply Chain knowledge and at least 5 years management experience in large-scale Warehousing and Transport operations.
• Proven leadership skills, a clear and logical thinking approach and a strong personality, ability to deal with people at all levels of an organization.
• Solid communication with the ability to motivate and ability to deliver results.
