Logistics Manager (Transport)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager (Transport) to oversee and manage our daily transport operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in logistics, fleet management, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth and cost-effective distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor transportation operations to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage fleet operations including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.

• Negotiate with transport vendors and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with all transport-related laws, regulations, and safety norms.

• Optimize costs while maintaining high service quality.

• Maintain accurate transport records, trip sheets, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to align logistics with business requirements.

• Handle team management, driver supervision, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics/transport management.

• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software (ERP knowledge preferred).

• Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
