Job Summary

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations related to e-commerce marketplace orders, including order dispatch, shipment tracking, returns, refunds coordination, and resolution of product delivery issues. The role ensures smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Order Logistics Management

Coordinate daily order dispatches from warehouse to courier partners.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate logistics records and tracking reports.

Liaise with courier companies for smooth operations.

Returns & Refund Handling

Manage returned orders and coordinate reverse logistics.

Ensure proper documentation for refunds and replacements.
