Logistics Officer

We are seeking a qualified Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate logistics operations while supporting facility management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, inventory control, transportation coordination, and the smooth operation of company facilities and related services.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (any relevant discipline) or Business Administration.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Facility Management.

Proven experience in Facility Management, including coordination of maintenance, service providers, and facility-related operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Manage and track inventory levels to ensure operational continuity.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Support facility management operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and workplace services.

Monitor facility-related contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.

Prepare logistics and facility management reports, including KPIs and operational performance metrics.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Collaborate with internal departments to support business and operational requirements.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in facility management within corporate, industrial, or project-based environments.

Knowledge of maintenance planning and contractor management.

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

Professional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Facility Management are considered an advantage.
