Job Description (Construction Logistics Officer)

Core responsibilities

Typical duties on construction projects include:

Plan and allocate resources

(manpower, equipment, materials across sites)

Coordinate with teams

Work closely with:

procurement

warehouse

project/site engineers

Manage site logistics operations

organize delivery schedules

control site access and traffic

manage storage/laydown areas

Mobilization & demobilization

arrange movement of equipment/materials to and from sites

Monitoring & reporting

track materials and equipment usage

prepare daily/weekly logistics reports

Ensure safety & compliance

follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules

ensure site logistics meets project timelines.
