Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating logistics metrics and identifying process improvements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in transportation management and supply chain management for coordinating shipments and optimizing processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently in a hybrid setting
• Knowledge of international logistics and export regulations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the seafood or export industry is an advantage
