Role Description

• Supervise all transportation and shipping operations related to exports.

• Coordinate with shipping companies, ports, and relevant logistics authorities.

• Monitor shipping plans and ensure their execution according to the established timelines.

• Ensure shipments are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.

• Review and verify export documents (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin).

• Monitor team performance and assign tasks to coordinators and staff.

• Submit periodic reports to senior management on operational progress and address any obstacles.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing export operations.

• Oversees: Logistics Coordinators + Support/Data Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation & Logistics, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of practical experience in exports and logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of sea, air, and land shipping procedures, as well as port and customs systems.

• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to handle international documents and shipping companies.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Supply Chain systems (additional advantage).

• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
