We are looking for a professional to join the
VOC
Operations team, responsible for planning raw material procurement (additives, base oils, and packaging) and scheduling the production of lubricants with third-party partners.
The role focuses on optimizing inventories, meeting sales demands through S&OP, and monitoring key operational indicators to ensure efficiency and high service levels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan, control, and schedule
the production of third-party partners, aligning it with commercial demands to ensure optimal inventory levels and high service performance to end customers.

Manage strategies and inventory policies
for finished products, balancing availability, service level, and sales demands received through S&OP.

Develop and monitor operational performance indicators
(OTIF, DIO, SLOB), assessing partner performance and supporting strategies to meet commercial requirements.

Plan and analyze raw materials and packaging
— both domestic and imported — monitoring consumption, inventory levels, and shipment schedules to avoid shortages and ensure production continuity.

Optimize material and packaging planning
with third-party partners, maintaining inventory levels within targets and preventing excess or obsolete stock.

Manage the S&OP (Supply Review) process and related KPIs
, leading cross-functional meetings and implementing action plans to mitigate deviations.

Identify and eliminate production, supplier, and storage constraints (RCCP)
by developing and executing corrective action plans.

Ensure customer satisfaction
by analyzing deviations in the delivery plan and coordinating adjustments with outsourced partners to prevent complaints and business losses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Graduate Degree in areas related to the position;

Previous experience in the position/department;
