Logistics Professional

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Professional based in Jeddah. The Logistics Professional will manage and optimize supply chain operations, coordinate import and export processes, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. Daily tasks include effective communication with clients and stakeholders, analyzing data to forecast and improve logistics performance, and maintaining high customer service standards. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations while meeting business objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in analytical skills, with the ability to assess data for decision-making and performance optimization
• Experience in customer service to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including logistics optimization
• Familiarity with export processes and regulations
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to streamlining operations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in logistics or related fields is an advantage
